How do I place my order?

Are there any shipping charges?
For all orders under INR 500, delivery charge of INR 50 shall be levied. orders above INR 500 till INR 1500, delivery charge of INR 70 shall be levied.All orders above INR 1500 shall be delivered free.
How can I make changes to my order?
You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order within 12 hours and place a new order with your desired changes.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 10-12 working days. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.
What to do if I want to cancel the order after dispatch?
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
What to do if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
Is there any charge to cancel the order?
In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
